These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Foombet platform (foombet.ws). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Foombet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Foombet reserves the right to suspend any account where age cannot be verified. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use Foombet.

Foombet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Each person may only hold one account on Foombet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also considered a violation.

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. If an account is opened using false information, Foombet reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account at any time, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

All bets placed on Foombet are considered final once confirmed. Before placing a bet, always double-check all details — the team, odds, and stake. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Foombet reserves the right to void that bet.

For Sports Betting, Foombet determines results in accordance with the rules of international sports governing bodies. If a match is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded — unless the applicable league rules state otherwise.

If your connection drops during live betting or a bet is confirmed with a delay, the odds in effect at that actual moment will apply. Foombet is not liable for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw from a bonus, you must first wager a specified amount of real money — this is known as the wagering or rollover requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must complete ৳30,000 in total bets before withdrawing.

If a new bonus is activated while another is still active, the requirements for each must be met separately. If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Before submitting a closure request, it is advisable to withdraw all bonus funds, as any unused bonuses will be forfeited once the account is closed.

Foombet may also suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to provide verification documents, or prolonged inactivity. Any real-money balance in a suspended account will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no violation is found.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or payment must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the incident. The support team will work to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with the support team's resolution, you have the option to escalate your complaint further. Foombet is also prepared to resolve disputes through an independent dispute resolution body.

Foombet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
